What is ResCount?
ResCount is an online marketplace where restaurants can advertise special offers, and customers can discover those deals, earn cashback on each redemption, and use that cashback toward future purchases.
Who can use ResCount?
Any legally registered restaurant (Partners) in the EEA may list offers, and any individual aged 16+ may browse, redeem offers, and earn cashback (Users).
For Restaurants (Partners)
How do I create and publish an offer?
1. Sign up for a Partner account.
2. Navigate to the “Create Offer” section in your dashboard.
3. Enter the offer details (title, description, discount structure, validity dates, redemption instructions).
4. Submit and pay the Service Fee. Your offer goes live once approved.
What fees does ResCount charge?
We charge a one-time Service Fee when you activate a marketing campaign. This fee covers listing, promotion, and access to our analytics tools.
Can I get a refund on my Service Fee?
All fees are non-refundable once your campaign goes live. However, if a technical issue on our side prevents your offer from running at all, you may request a prorated credit—submitted within 30 days of your campaign start.
How do I track offer performance?
In your dashboard you’ll see real-time metrics: impressions, clicks, redemptions, incremental revenue, and ROI. You can export detailed reports at any time.
What happens if a customer disputes an offer?
You’ll receive a notification with the dispute details. Please respond within 5 business days. Our Support team can mediate unresolved cases in good faith.
For Customers (Users)
How do I redeem an offer?
1. Browse available offers on our website or mobile app.
2. Select an offer and click “Redeem.”
3. Follow the Partner’s redemption instructions (e.g., show QR code in-store or use promo code online).
4. Pay the Partner directly for any remaining balance.
How does cashback work?
After a successful redemption, we credit your Wallet Balance with the agreed cashback percentage. You can then apply this credit to future offers on our platform.
Can I withdraw or transfer my cashback to my bank?
No. Cashback credits are only redeemable on our platform for new offers. They cannot be converted to cash or transferred to any third-party payment service.
When does my cashback expire?
Cashback credits expire 12 months from the date they’re issued. You’ll receive email reminders 30 days before expiration.
What should I do if a restaurant won’t honor an offer?
First, present your redemption confirmation to the Partner. If they still refuse, escalate via our in-app Support chat or email support@rescount.com with your order details and evidence. We’ll mediate but cannot guarantee a refund.
Account & Security
How do I sign up or delete my account?
- Sign up: Click “Register” and provide your details.
- Delete: Go to Account Settings → “Delete Account” or email info@rescount.net. We’ll erase your data per GDPR guidelines.
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and AES encryption at rest. All third-party processors adhere to GDPR and, where applicable, PCI-DSS standards.
Payments & Billing
How do customers pay for offers?
Customers pay the Partner directly (in-store or online) at the time of redemption. We collect cashback data but do not process the payment itself.
How do Partners receive payments?
Payments for your offers happen directly through whatever payment methods you support (POS, gateway, etc.). We do not handle settlement between the Partner and the customer.

Who do I contact about data privacy?
Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) handles privacy matters: info@rescount.net. You can exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.) by emailing the DPO.
